The Estate

The vineyard

Half a hectare of Breton wine-growing heritage

Near the church of Renac, a small old vineyard quietly bears witness to the wine-growing history of the place.

A living testimony

A rare, preserved vineyard

At a time when almost all of Brittany’s small vineyards have disappeared, the old vineyard of Château du Brossay has been preserved. Today it stands as a precious testimony to the wine-growing heritage of Upper Brittany.

Without claiming any large-scale production, this half-hectare vineyard is above all a symbol: the soul of the estate and its attachment to its history.

A revival

Soon on sale at the château

Since the European reform of 2016, it is once again possible to run commercial vineyards in Brittany. This change allows Château du Brossay to offer for sale the wine from its vineyard, reviving an age-old tradition.

In 2027, come and taste our wine, bottled on the estate!
