Bringing the estate to life while respecting its history, its land and its environment
At Le Brossay, the estate is not limited to the château. Since 2023, a farming activity has come back to life in the former outbuildings, a natural extension of our family project.
We grow seasonal vegetables using a small-scale approach, based on respect for natural rhythms and product quality. Our practices are considered and sustainable: crop rotation, natural fertilisation, hand-harvesting.
In the estate’s meadows, our lambs grow freely on rich and varied pastures. Their diet, mainly grass-based, is part of an approach that respects living things.
Selling our produce directly allows us to maintain a bond of trust with consumers while showcasing Breton farming expertise. The farm plays a full part in our wish to pass on a living, sustainable and authentic heritage.
